On Demand Service - Court Filings are completed immediately and Service of Process is attempted as soon as the documents are in our possession. Attempts are made every day for one week..
Rush Service - Court Filings are completed the same day. For Service of Process, the first attempt is made the same day with additional attempts on a daily basis. Status is provided as soon as the job is completed.
Standard Service - Court Filings are completed the next business day. For Service of Process, the first attempt is made within 48 hours. Three attempts are made within 7 days at a time when the subject is most likely to be home. Service is attempted for two weeks.
